We achieve this by putting the waterproof protection under the top breathable cover or in the case of natural mattresses by fitting a Outlux cotton cover that is 100 % waterproof.

This is far better for your  baby to sleep on a breathable cover with temperature control than cover the mattress with a non breathable waterproof cover
