We understand that you expect your Internet purchase to be delivered to you as soon as possible, and perform exactly as we have described in our shopping pages. We have taken great care to provide you with as much product information as possible, offering you all the information you need to come to a confident buying decision. Cot and cot-bed, most crib mattresses.
For all these orders over £24.99 no matter how large, delivered free to UK. We box pack our cot mattresses to protect them, so that you receive your mattress in excellent condition. We despatch cot mattresses to UK mainland by courier, for next working day delivery (if ordered before noon). Sometimes deliveries to Scotland take another working day.
Currently we are achieving 97% delivered next day, (on rare occasions there may be circumstances out of our control - motorway closures, some address being very tricky, to find, etc. For these reasons, we cannot absolutely guarantee your delivery will be next day. If it is late please phone us on 01299 823223 or better still email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get right on it.

For all these orders we use First class post, and there is a £3.99 charge, currently just over 90% arrive next day.
If you reside Jersey or Ireland then an extra £25 charge
Secure Payments and Spam
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard Maestro processed through Payzone and Shopify and we accept Paypal. When you send us your personal information - credit card details, address, phone numbers etc - we encrypt these details to ensure that we protect them from unlawful access. To purchase from us over the Internet you must be over 18 years old. We never ever pass your details on to a third party (other than your address to the courier company).
We will never send you any follow-up marketing material by post or email. There is enough spam about - so we will never add to it.
Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, please check it carefully before you sign for it. If the parcel shows signs of damage to the outer carton or packaging, perhaps damp or split or crushed, please sign for it 'received damaged'. If you sign for the parcel as perfect and the outer packaging was ripped and consequently the mattress is damaged, we cannot be held responsible. Signing for it as damaged allows us to claim from the carrier.
We make every effort to describe the products in great detail; however, should you feel that your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back providing it is returned to us in the same condition as it was dispatched, and in the original, unopened product packaging with the seal unbroken, this is the only ways we can consider offer the mattress for resale.
The cost of the return will be your responsibility. Please contact email@example.com and we will be pleased to arrange collection. However, it is often cheaper for you to send the mattress back by post. You have seven days from receiving the goods to take advantage of our distance selling refund policy.
Our cot mattresses carry a warranty. some one, some 5 and some 7 If you have purchased a product from us and it develops a fault, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org giving us the details of your complaint, date of purchase etc. We will arrange to have the item repaired or replaced if the fault is due to an inherent fault in the manufacture or it has not, in our opinion, proved fit for purpose. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Your account is with 'Cot Mattress Company Limited' and payment on your credit card is made via Payzone PayPal or Shopify Our system will hold details of your sales transactions with us. We do not share these details with anyone. We do not see or ever hold details of your credit cards.
NightyNite products are exclusive to us. If you have purchased one of our mattresses and can find the identical quality cheaper elsewhere we would be more than happy to refund you the difference.
