 Just received one of your Dependable Cot Mattresses. I am thrilled to bits. When I put it in the cot, a perfect fit and it feels is like a mattress I would buy for myself, .My partner and I have had a  practice at changing the toppers. I am not really wishing any wetting in the early hours, but I know it will be easy to unzip the wet topper and just zip on the clean one. happy customer, top marks.

..I purchased a  Moses basket for £79.99 from an online baby shop.

The mattress was a joke, flimsy fibre pad, my daughter never settled. Ordered one of your natural ones with CoolMax. What a difference. Lovely feel, firm, deep, luxury support, all round, splendid,  Felt confident to lay her down on it. Is there not a British Standard for Moses basket mattresses. are they allowed to put any old paper thin rubbish pad in? 

Well Fran, when it comes to purchasing Moses baskets online, The key selling points are the design and the price, ironically not the mattress. If they put a half decent mattress in, it would add 30% to the price.

I purchased a Nightynite Dependable mattress four years ago and he has slept so well on it, it still looks like new it will definitly last him another two years. I have bought another Dependable mattress and it felt a little different.  On examination looks like the wool is slightly thicker. Dont get me wrong I am not complaining just interested to know why. 

Well spotted Mei Yes we did upgraded the wool about  3 years ago  after  customer feedback and it has been really well received.

  Hello cot mattress company I feel compelled to write to you about your Nightynite quick change topper mattress. 

I did buy it after a chat with one of your very knowledgable staff from your  helpline and that was a Sunday I seem to remember. 

We have had the mattress for over 15 months now, we are so pleased with it. 

For the past few months my son has held the side of the cot and jumped up and down on the mattress he loves doing this with his beaming smile The mattress  is not even marked, no dents nothing. 

As someone running an Internet business  I understand the value of positive feedback. While I appreciate that you do not seek reviews upon purchase, I would have welcomed a request for feedback about a year after my purchase. I would have been delighted to share my positive experience and recommend your mattresses
Thank you for your feedback you make a good point  However we have a strict  policy never to  contact a customer with a marketing email. Firstly we feel there is enough spam flying around and  much more important. (how do I say this) God forbid it arrives to a home where there has been a tradgegy

 Sometimes you buy a product and you think I am going to write to that company and just say how delighted we are with the whole purchase.
Helpful telephone advice, quick response to our emails, and sorting out a quick delivery, your service has been excellent. Your mattress gives us reassurance everytime we put our daughter on it. Feels "the real deal" Best bit is the spare zippy- onny toppers.  Except. keeps making Granny say "We never had that so easy in our day with spare tops.

Seven years ago we purchased a so called good pocket sprung cot mattress  From Amazon. It had a big dent and dip in it in less than 5 months. We then purchased one of your reassurance mattresses. My first son used it for 4 years and he is now in a single bed. My second son  has used the same mattress for nearly two years. The zip out tops are excellent wash and wash. This is a thank you email because the mattress is still as good as new and I thought I would  let you know as I was buying a pack of your sheets .

Which ever marketing company you use they got the name right with  "The Dependable"  a fitting name for this cot bed mattress. Just perfect in every way my son sleeps so well on it. The replacement washable zippy tops  have kept it looking like new. The mattress is well over two years old now, still like new. I was going buy another cot and DEP for our second child.  Contacted your Helpline to check the mattress was the same quality. He said. think about putting your older child in a single bed and use same cot and mattress for new baby your Dependable mattress will last you five more years. We thought three years old was too young for single bed, but it has all worked out perfectly

Mattress arrived from Amazon on Wed we opened it up today (Friday) for our special visitors this weekend and the fumes coming off it were horrendous, stunk the room out in minutes. I put the mattress in our garage, they can have it back, cant put a baby on that, disgusting.

Phone Cot Mattress Company at 3pm in a panic "Can you help us, you are just 18 miles from me I am in Dudley. 45 mins away "

He talked me through the website I bought a pocket sprung mattress, he said he  wlll make it now and I was to meet him at (Xxxx) pub car park in Quatt before 5pm . 

He arrived in a convertible with roof down and big box sticking out of the top I swopped the mattress for a bottle of wine. 

Yes the mattress was dearer but it is lovely, fits perfectly, top quality feel to it, I will be so overjoyed to welcome my visitors tomorrow.
 
OK it was a fluke that it was on his way home, but what company would do that?

Like buying from a local shop!!

I spoke to one of your phone sales people as I had acquired a gorgeous cot but needed an unusual mattress size. I needed the best mattress very urgently for a special visitor at the weekend. He knew the cot and advised me on mattress choices available. He said the mattress takes a special size sheet. I ordered the mattress, but forgot to order the sheets! The mattress arrived with a free lovely organic fitted sheet. Without it I would have been cutting up one of my own  double sheets!

On the packing note was a hand written message saying "I think you will need a sheet, enjoy your weekend!" - Unbelievable  thoughtful guesture, when you buy online you do not expect this!.

Delighted with the mattress, top quality and of course my free sheet.

What a turn around!

I have gone through hating your company to loving you in within 36 hours.
Ordered a mattress from the Cot Mattress Company and it got wrongly sorted and ended up 200 miles away. The courier company were rubbish could not say when they would get it to me. I needed the mattress urgently, I was fuming.  I spoke to somebody at the Cot Mattress Company office and  got the standard "oh sorry" apology. I was livid!
Very next day I received a replacement mattress. Inside the box was also a lovely  pair of organic cotton cot sheets,  FREE, as a goodwill apology for the couriers error. 
The mattress is wonderful, just perfect in every way as per the web site description. ! am so chuffed to bits. The mattress is called "The Dependable" absolute perfect name for the mattress but not for the !!!!!! (banned word) courier company.

I am not a happy customer,  you have robbed me!

Everyone should  know The Cot Mattress Company are very unfair!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Dependable mattress from you and you did not have the microfibre toppers for two weeks.  You upgraded them for free to the more expensive Coolmax toppers which I will say, "they are very lovely".

With the Coolmax toppers there was a  FREE sheets offer, which I DID NOT GET!!!!!!

You said I bought the cheaper microfibre option that did not have the offer.

All you could offer me was to collect my mattress and give me a refund.
That is a most ridiculous offer. Why would I agree to that when I already have a better mattress at a cheaper price,  ? 

You upgraded my mattress for free, so just send me the free sheets that went with the Coolmax tops, or I will leave you bad reviews everywhere.

I write to say how pleased  we are with your mattresses. We had a top  best pocket sprung mattress from you with the switchable tops.  Has been excellent after four and a half years it looks as good as new, even with my son practicing  gymnastics on it!

Thank you  Cot Matt Comp for making us the Dependable mattress with the new thicker 2 cm wool now 7 months old. This is the second  Dependable mattress we have bought, the other is over three years old, still as good as new and also in use.

We thought the first Dependable was brilliant, but this second one with the deeper wool  is even more luxurious. You should be congratulated on improving an already wonderful mattress.  I wish to recommend it to a friend but I want to be certain is it available with the new deeper wool ?

Somewhat embarrassed and flabbergasted  by your generosity. All I can offer you is my heart felt thanks.

I am the lady who bought a very expensive natural mattress not from the Cot Mattress Company  and it was like a brick and not waterproof and !!!!!!  (cant print that) you sorted it out for me and no charge.  I am very happy now with my mattress.

I had my Dependable Cot Mattress for 4 years plus one year in storage. been a fantastic mattress still like new, cant fault it.
Going to lend the cot and mattress to a friend.I thought I would wash the covers again and took the topper off but I was in a hurry and ripped the base cover zip.
Had a lively exchange with a gentleman on your helpline, asked if I could buy a new base cover and he sent me one for FREE! Fits perfectly, like new again.

 Ordered a mattress for a cot that had been in parents  loft for over 35 years.   Get a phone call from one of your staff,  "May I  talk to you about the size of mattress you have ordered"  We had a long conversation, I remeasured it a few times under instruction while he was on the phone. I had indeed ordered the wrong size!  He changed the order. The new mattress arrived next day  and fits perfectly. We are so pleased with it. I have never ever had customer service like that. Uncanny! Why on God's Earth would you query my original order?

We are not clairvoyant! Just a bit of Sherlock deduction. The original mattress size you ordered fits mostly old IKEA cots!  You are situated a long way from any IKEA when they sold that cot.  Worth a call to get your order right first time - saves a lot of hassle.

Your not on Amazon!

Cot bed  mattresses are always  being discussed at our NCT Group and I was convinced  to buy your Dependable mattress. 

We are very pleased  with our mattress. Our very active son has been in his cot for 19 months.  The mattress  shows no signs of wear, he has slept so well on it,  I should  mention, the two inter- changeable toppers are worth their weight in gold. We have taken the sides of the cot and it is now a cot bed I am sure the mattress will last many more years.

I need another mattress for my daughter currently in one of your crib mattresses  I thought I could buy your mattresses cheaper  on Amazon  but  it is not there!?

I bought two mattresses from different companies  and they both sunk after a few months. I trawled the net and found  The Cot Mattress Company  website, it  gave the impression it was a company that makes quality.products. I now have your Excellence Toddler mattress. Twice the price of the others. When it arrived I was astounded by the weight and quality. It just made the other two mattresses look like the rubbish they were and should never been allowed to be sold for a baby.
My son  sleeps so well now, I will say my mattress looks as good as the day it arrived and  I have an 18 month old  that treats it like a trampoline. 
Surely there should be some rating for mattresses so consumers know what they are getting?  One star for the first two I bought and took to the tip and ten stars for your NIGHTYNITE one

I found this "pack of lies"  the other day describing a cheap rubbish fibre mattress It read "Becomes softer and fluffier with each passing day".  YUCK! - "I would not put my dog on it"

Just received a Moses basket mattress from you, the coir and coolmax one, Unbelievable - Just gorgeous just really really gorgeous - My baby will only be in it for a few months.  This mattress will last years, so supportive luxurious. Massive thank you to your cot mattress experts. I have had so much  fun telling  this story.........

 Searching Google for ages trying to find a mattress size for a  30 year old cot that my friend had in her mum's loft, 

 I  phoned the Cot Mattress helpline  explained I was having trouble finding this particular  mattress size  ---- He right away said ........"You have built the cot wrong,  The base is upside down!...

 I said "WHAT!!" that is impossible.

He explained all and he was spot on. We had built it wrong. So Spooky he knew that. But so much thanks to him. We now  have a lovely mattress that fits a lovely cot.  Dhanyavaad.

Svaagat haiṅ  We get a few like this a year. Easy to make that error when building a old cot with no instructions.

We do get different reactions when we tell parents-to-be the problem. (especially dads) You were fun, some customer reactions are not printable when we tell them "You have built the cot wrong!"

Willow- do i get commission?

I was really determined to get a good mattress, can't go to Mothercare and inspect and squeeze  them now,  buying online is a huge gamble.
I  purchased  a cot mattress company  Dependable Mattress after a long telephone conversation and two emails with your helpline. I am so pleased with my mattress I  have since showed it to others in my NCT group, Well bragged about it really,  changeable spare tops etc!  That makes three of us in the group have now got your best mattress.

Purchased a crib and Moses basket mattress from  Amazon the pics looked ok but the mattress was flimsy and not for my first grandchild. so mattress went in the bin.
There had to be better mattresses out there. Cut a long story short I am now the proud owner of your company's  coir lambswool mattresses with coolmax. We have just received a  crib mattress  coir and lambswool base and  coolmax cover  for our 34 year old crib. This mattress just makes the crib look and feel wonderful.
So pleased with it, Just had to sit down immediately with my coffee and write and say "Thank You"  what a lovely mattress.

 In the 60s there were local shops were you got specialist knowledge about every item you wanted to buy, but rare these days, You lot are like a trip back in time, a pleasure buying from The Cot Mattress Company. 

Sound advice made me feel confident to buy from you. I have a lovely comfortable firm cot bed mattress, perfect fit, to go with new cot bed..  Mattress has quality stamped all over it. The swopsy covers are brilliant cant wait to use them. Could not see how to post reviews up on your site without buying something from your new site but want to share this with you.

 In 2006 we bought a mattress from you called

 "An Eminence." We had mattresses before that from other companies,  all dented -  Just Rubbish!.
Somebody in your company promised me faithfully it would not dip or dent. Nearly 15 years later the mattress has been used many times by my children and my sisters children and it is still perfect. The covers have been washed and washed.  Not going to throw it out, we have wrapped it up and put it in the loft with the cot. wait for the grandkids.or if we loan it out.

Thought you would like to know I am very pleased to thank and compliment you on your quality.  Wonder what the mattress  will be like in 15 years time :).

We loved your email. The mattress was called The  Excellence (not Eminence) We still do it. The secret lies in the quality and density of the foam encasing the pocket springs. The foam is rated at 50 /215. No cot mattress company  in the UK uses anywhere near such a high foam quality to cover the pocket spings. Well maybe some airlines for their seats!

Third time lucky for me
I  recently returned two crib mattresses to Amazon paper-thin and horrid foam smell, they were not that cheap either. I admit I am a fussy about what I buy and you cant choose in shops now, they are all closed down. no Mothercare or ToysRus.
 I am  fastidious when it comes to buying for my new baby arriving next month. Your coolmax tcp mattress is just 100% perfect What a find! So impressed makes the other two look like they should not be allowed for sale!

Some feedback for you 

 For a few months now I have had one of your naturalstart cot mattresses with the inter-changeable coolmax zip on tops.  Perfect in every way, it was recommended to me.

Two weeks ago I showed it to ex work colleague, well actually bragged about how good it is. She looked at in online but thought it could not be the best because of the price was too cheap!

Anyway She did  get one and is delighted. I am happy to accept the praise as the baby mattress guru.

Great supportive baby mattress  L.P.

Spent a long time deciding like most people which mattress to buy for my baby boy. This mattress was the third I bought in the end, after sending one back because the pocket springs were very sparse and the other mattress being to soft. This mattress straight away felt well made and firm enough (but not too firm) for a young baby. Wanted a pocket spring mattress as I wanted the best support for my boy as he grows, and this is the mattress to do it. From 2 months old my baby has been sleeping soundly in his cot bed with no problems, he took to it straight away. This is quality product that you would pay double for in most shops. Very glad of my purchase.

Wow, Wow, Wow!
I purchased one of your Excellence mattresses to replace a cot bed one I got from  !!!!!!!!! (hidden word), that had  gone out of shape on both sides within a few months.

WOW is best word to describe The Excellence. I was shocked when it arrived. Three times the weight of the other one, So firm and robust and the quilted zip off tops are very clever and gives the mattress a comfy feel. Reina has slept so well on it.

AMAZING PRODUCT FROM AN AMAZING COMPANY

I must have spent days researching and comparing mattresses for my (soon to arrive) baby. It's something I wasn't prepared to scrimp on. After ending up back looking at the Cot Mattress Company time and time again I ordered the Nightynite® EasyChange Excellence Pocket Sprung Cot and Cot Bed Mattress With CMHR50 Foam plus Two COOLMAX® & Maxi-Space Toppers.

I had a call from Roger soon after the order confirming my mattress delivery date, what a lovely Man!

I can honestly say that this is the BEST cot mattress I have ever felt, and I spent hours in various shops. The quality of the craftsmanship is obvious.

My little one has been in his cot from 3 weeks old and seems very comfortable.

My husband and I decided to also buy a mattress for the moses basket (which is used for daytime naps). The mattress included was just a standard foam mattress and already after 6 weeks of use has lost any form of support. Obviously the first and last place I looked at was The Cot Mattress Company!!!

The mini-mattress (NaturalStart Moses with Natural Coir and Lambswool Support with Outlux Protection) is amazing and puts the mattress we'd been using to shame.

If you want QUALITY from a UK based manufacturer that doesn't break the bank (especially for the said quality), seriously don't hesitate!

I have dealt with Roger on both occasions and the level of customer service blows any other online retailer out of the water.

Left no stone unturned in trying to find a 100% totally natural and fully breathable mattress with a waterproof cover that complies to BS and EN standards and you are right it is not possible.

So if you want a totally natural baby mattress  100% waterproof and 100% breathable  it  does not exist!  How sad is that when we are trying to move towards natural fibres and not clog up landfill?

Bought a Nightynite Easychange mattress from Cot matt online shop   We are more than pleased with it. 

 swopped a topper at 2.30 am after a little accident, (grandad fitted the nappy).    there should be an explanation leaflet how the toppers work. I know they just zip on and off and perhaps we should have practiced before we started using the mattress. It does takes a minute to figure out how it works . But it is a minute that you don't have when you are in the middle of sorting a wet bed out. and being short of sleep. (précis )

Can't see on your site where to write reviews so emailed this, Wish to thank  who was on your helpline on Wednesday 18th. Been in a real panic over getting the safest mattresses for our new baby.  bombarded  your  helpline assistant with all my list of worries from foam, wool, latex,  baby monitors,  VOCs, waterproof covers. using my old cot from parents loft and more and it was like talking to "Google for mattresses" he knew everything!

How can anybody find what they are looking for on The Cot Mattress Company  web site?

Too much information about mattresses on your website. Three times more than any other  it is crazy!!

To choose a mattress from you, one needs to take a day off work to read all the features and whys and wherefores of your huge selection! 

It would be better if you half the selection and did a precis on the others. Having said that we bought the Dependable mattress and it is everything you said it would be  and more.  Oh NO NO don't write more!! ...Teresa new mum

 Read your reviews and  know you don't expect thanks for sales but  wish to thank you most sincerely for making us a bespoke mattress for our very old crib in double quick time when  Annie arrived 3 weeks early. Meant to order a mattress from you but with everything going on. Using that crib meant so much to my wife as it was used by her Gran. Over a year ago we got a pocket sprung mattress from you because we got one first  from Amazon but it dented after a few days. This expereince made us ultra  critical of your mattress as soon as it arrived. We kept pushing on it up and down to see if it would leave a dent, it just bounced back. It did  however make a squeaky noise which  we thought might keep our son up all night!   I  thank you for your  endless  patience and reassurance. saying all would be fine and it has, he sleeps really well  

16 months on our mattress looks like it has never been used and he is no lightweight. The washable clippy-on sheets are well used and excellent. I have reccomended you

Cot Baby  Mattress Company Easychange cot mattresses are great value,  This is the second one purchased.for number two, they last and last.   Your video explaining how they work is very informative and professional. The zip off toppers are brilliant, work so well.  The Coolmax cover is superb luxury, The whole mattress is fabulous,  packaging is excellent. 

BUT your leaflet that comes with it is "!!!!" (banned word) 

 Yes it has all the information on it, but one pokey poorly printed  A4 sheet with two spelling mistakes and 3 punctuation errors  lets your product down. Such a high quality mattress should have a professional  booklet with it.

Phoned up and gave the size of a mattress required for a cot that was over 40 years old that came from Canada. I said I had phoned four other companies and none of them did the size.

The gentleman I spoke to asked me a couple of questions and then proceeded to tell me all about the cot,  described it in detail,  said  "The size of mattress you need is not made in the UK but there is a way round this"  He made me an extra piece of curved foam covered in waterproof fabric  it fitted perfectly . You cannot see the extension it is covered by the fitted sheet,  very clever.  Safe, tightly fitting, no gaps,  not charged for the foam insert .. 

The mattress we bought is so lovely, so pleased, a perfect fit.

hope the gentleman  I spoke to reads this - that is extraordinary cot and mattress knowledge and special customer service you do not get these days   A very big thank you from  the  Hall family.  The cot means so much to us and we are so pleased we can use it again

My complaint is your advertising of your mattresses is really poor.

Being able to unzip the top layer of the Easychange mattress and put it straight in the wash is invaluable to our daily routine. Purchased a mattress from you Via Amazon and it was  much cheaper than you had on your web site.
The  Amazon mattress had  a similar name but it did not have the Coolmax zip on toppers on Amazon.  I wanted the Coolmax toppers,  As goodwill you should send me the Coolmax toppers for free as I have requested twice. If you do not send  them  you will get bad reviews all over Google.

Researched for weeks about buying a cot bed mattress for my baby that is the way I work. and looked at several.  I even joined Which magazine to see their recommendations.

For some reason  liked your web site,  because of the  massive amount of  product knowledge and very honest text. 

Let me  tell you that two grammatical errors did not instill confidence.  However I purchased an Easychange  Dependable mattress even though I was skeptical because the price seemed cheap at £140 and you get what you pay for.

 This mattress is outstanding in so many ways, all you claim it to be on your site.  It will probably last as long as the cot bed, cant praise it enough. The purpose of my review is to tell you that you would sell MORE at £199 to £250 and your mattress  should be listed on the on the review sites. I could help you with the marketing.

There are 2 easy change toppers that make little accidents quick and easy to clean especially during the night. There are washing instructions for safe hygiene and so you don't risk shrinking by accidentally washing and drying wrong. This Mattress Is comfortable and supportive providing a better sleep for both mum and baby.

I would recommend this to a friend/fellow mum if the design was improved to incorporate a harder base. I will say, however, that since beginning to use this mattress, I feel my son has slept better and longer through the night than before so this is a huge plus for us and our sleep! Being able to take the top layer off by using a simple zip method is brilliant as it means any liquids on there get removed with the topper and don't soak into the mattress, which means it's also hygienic.

The overall comfort of this product is excellent, it is soft but not flimsy and generally feels like really good quality and provides great support. I also found that one of the huge benefits to this particular mattress is that it comes with a spare topper meaning it can be easily and quickly changed in the middle of the night, no need to wait for the topper provided to be washed and dried. The crib mattress is also protected even when baby wets as it covered in a waterproof material which is separate from the topper itself.

I would definitely recommend this mattress. It definitely seems comfortable for my baby. It comes with two mattress toppers so can be changed and washed. You can wash them in the machine at 60 degrees so can get rid of bacteria. It also can be used again and again so is good for the environment that is definitely important. I think it's definitely worth it's price in money.

I would choose this product over all others on the market and choose it to win because it Is excellent value for money £39.99 for the mattress with the topper and a spare topper. The thing that really stands out about this product is that it is TCPP free which is a commonly used flame retardant in foam that has been proven that it could be released into the air which could cause health problems. This product also has safe sleep guidelines on a laminated sheet that came with the mattress that highlights the current advice given to reduce the risk of cot death by the lullaby trust.

Based purely on the ingenuity of the design, I think I would choose this product   cribs/cots that have a more solid base I think this would be top of my list as it would be so easy to change the sheet without removing the entire mattress from the cot.

The main reason I would choose this mattress over others on the market is due to the comfort it gives my daughter this combined with the spare topper provided, it’s breathability and the reasonable price means I think it should win. It is TCPP free which is an added benefit and I can see it wearing well meaning I can use it again if I were to have another child.

I would choose this product I think that the fact it can be reused is fantastic. My baby definitely finds it comfortable. For me I think the fact you have two toppers really puts this product on top as you can keep it clean with ease as other products you have to buy a separate mattress protector but with it being changeable it just makes it easier. This is the third mattress i have bought i sent the other two back from different companies and this one smelt just as bad ,disgusting chemicals smell you would not put a baby on it.

The staff did try to explain to me about leave it to air. but i was adamant  It cant be safe to put a baby on something that smells like a chemical factory.

After 20 mins on the phone he agreed  swop the smelly core for a coir and lambswool one and i washed the covers. 

All resolved my mattress is lovely, really lovely, no smell, My advice to everyone is do not buy foam, get coir and lambswool and  the exchangeable  topper covers to go with them that makes the best mattress.

This is one helpful company we were having problems with mattresses that we bought from other companies with awful chemical smells we could not cope with..you could not even go in the room with the mattresses ii would not put my son in there
a guy up there just explained all about mattresses spent 20 mins on phone. we bought a dependable we are really pleased with it we have a spare cover all in the price it is great

But we should have listened to him and bought the one with the zip off tops. We have since seen one of those. so i am doing my thing and saying to everyone get the one with the zip off tops.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

This mattress is great! I hadn't heard of it before but I'm so pleased with it. It came in a good box and we put it straight into the cot bed and then put our sheets on - sizing is perfect, and it’s nice and firm. The best thing about it is that the top layer zips off really easily and it comes with a spare topper so that when you are washing one you can put the other one on. I think it’s also really good value.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

The fact that the topper zips off is so good. This makes washing it so much easier and gives me peace of mind that the mattress will last longer and be more hygienic than one that doesn't. By providing a second cover, this means that if there is an accident in the night time then we can quickly do a bed change - I don't know what we'd do now if we didn't have it!

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Nothing - I really like this product. I genuinely can't think of anything that would help make it better, even the price is reasonable compared to other mattresses which don't offer as much.

I must have spent days researching and comparing mattresses for my (soon to arrive) baby. It's something I wasn't prepared to scrimp on. After ending up back looking at the Cot Mattress Company time and time again I ordered the Nightynite® EasyChange Excellence Pocket Sprung Cot and Cot Bed Mattress With CMHR50 Foam plus Two COOLMAX® & Maxi-Space Toppers.



I can honestly say that this is the BEST cot mattress I have ever felt, and I spent hours in various shops. The quality of the craftsmanship is obvious.

My little one has been in his cot from 3 weeks old and seems very comfortable.

My husband and I decided to also buy a mattress for the moses basket (which is used for daytime naps). The mattress included was just a standard foam mattress and already after 6 weeks of use has lost any form of support. Obviously the first and last place I looked at was The Cot Mattress Company!!!

The mini-mattress (NaturalStart Moses with Natural Coir and Lambswool Support with Outlux Protection) is amazing and puts the mattress we'd been using to shame.

If you want QUALITY from a UK based manufacturer that doesn't break the bank (especially for the said quality), seriously don't hesitate!

I have dealt with Roger on both occasions and the level of customer service blows any other online retailer out of the water. gosh! you are my only fan

 At last I have found a mattress that fits my crib. the crib had been used for my son 29 years ago and they wanted it for their daughter but I had trouble getting the size as all new ones were too long or too wide. I brought this cot back when we moved back from Canada some years ago.  Now wanted it for my grandson.  Really lovely Canadian cot 35 years old. I could not find the mattress size i required  listed on Google and needed a mattress. I gave the guy on your  helpline all the information and we had two phone calls 

 He  laughed and continued to say  I had built the cot wrong!  so aggravating !( !!!!!)BANNED WORDS

Cut a long story short he wore me down with his knowledge,  My wife said  " just take his advice". I turned the base the other way up like he said, the new mattress arrived, in the size he said   a perfect fit!  (!!!!!)BANNED WORDS
